Pie on the Fly

I chose MediLodge of Livingston for myself but really, MediLodge chose me! I didn’t want to go to a nursing home. However, after a few days here, I realized everyone here wanted what was best for me. The entire staff was great! Everyone was very caring and helpful my entire stay. The staff was so incredible and make you feel like a priority. Even though I wanted to go home at first, they continued to encourage and support me. In the end, I am better and happy with the care I was provided! 

I chose MediLodge of Livingston for myself because there was in-house dialysis and physical therapy. Also, this facility was recommended by my wife’s friend. The nursing staff was incredible! They were so accommodating and you can tell everyone who is here loves working here. If I ever need a place for rehab again I know where I am going!

I was placed here and found it to be excellent. The therapy team helped me remember that I was a human being and that I mattered. They were attentive and professional. The aides and nurses were very kind and made me laugh. I am leaving 100% better than when I came in!

"The hospital that I was at before coming here chose this center for me, but I must say, I could not be happier with the decision! The whole RT staff stood out; they were wonderful. I would like to personally thank Cathy from 1st shift, Mary from 3rd shift, Sarah the nurse, and Sarah the CNA. Though I was a bit nervous at first, I opened myself up and ended up really enjoying myself!"

At first I chose MediLodge of Livingston because it was close to home and offered the respiratory care I needed. The RT services were excellent and helped wean me off of my ventilator. They put you at ease and answer all of your questions patiently and carefully. I put my trust in the RT Bobbi and haven't been let down. The RT's follow through and calm me. Yolanda from RT know when it was necessary to send me out to the hospital and when not to. Maree, an RT, gave excellent tips and tricks to help put me at ease. RT Kathy is very knowledgeable and gives me confidence. Thank you!

I chose MediLodge of Livingston for my husband, Thomas, because it was close to home and it was the only facility in the area that was accepting people with Alzheimer’s. The nursing staff was caring, respectful, and very friendly! I found comfort knowing at this facility he was receiving the attention and care he needs.

I chose MediLodge of Livingston because they are able to handle complicated cases like mine and help you make the best of a bad situation. All the RN's are great!

Everybody goes above and beyond, I am very happy with the care here. I think they should win an award for their care.

MediLodge was highly recommended by "Be My Guest" where we were taking Mildred 2-3 times a week. All the departments stand out - Administration staff, Social Worker staff, Nursing staff, Dietician staff, Activities staff, and Maintenance. Everyone from all departments I met were genuinely concerned with taking care of my mother and her needs. They also seemed happy with their jobs.

I have always been treated really good [at MediLodge of Livingston] and the staff is very nice.
